He has been serving as a JLA in the Department of Zoology since 1994. He was felicitated as the Best Nodal Officer (Election) by the District Election Office, Sri Muktsar Sahib , in 2015 for his outstanding contribution and dedicated services in election-related duties. He is an active member of the Red Ribbon Club, D.A.V. College, Malout, and contributes to the planning and implementation of various health awareness and community outreach initiatives. In addition, he is a member of the College Sanitary, Construction, and Repair Committee, assisting in the effective maintenance, development, and upkeep of the college infrastructure and campus facilities.
