He did his Master of Library and information science (Bronze Medalist) in 1997 from Panjab University Chandigarh. He has published 06 research papers in National and International Journals. He has also participated in international conference, faculty development programme and short term training programme. He delivered an expert talk as resource person on the topic “Role of library and librarian in internet era” at Bhag Singh Khalsa College for Women, Abohar. He is member of Indian Association of Teachers of Library and Information Science (IATILS) and Punjab Library Association (PLA). Presently he is engaged in many important administrative assignments of the college like Inchrage drinking water arrangement, Member UGC Committee, Deputy Dean Electricity, Member Library Advisory Committee, Member Hospitality Committee, Member Sitting Arrangement and Member College Admission Campaign.
